By accessing or using NCLEXDeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NCLEXDeck provides an online NCLEX-RN preparation platform including practice questions, clinical judgment training, pharmacology reviews, case studies, study guides, and performance analytics. The Service is available as a free tier and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content for commercial use
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or modify the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, questions, case studies, and materials within NCLEXDeck are our intellectual property. The NCLEX-RN is a registered trademark of NCSBN. NCLEXDeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX-RN examination. Our pass rate statistics are for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

NCLEXDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including sharing accounts, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
